I have taken my pets to Dr George for the last 9 years. I previously had nothing but praise for him and the office, however with a high turnover rate in the clinic, customer service has severely declined. In addition, my dog was seen for a knee problem recently where she wouldn’t let the doctor touch her (she can be extremely timid) I was told by Dr George that she needed to come in for sedation and X-rays to determine what was causing her pain. $400 later while reviewing her chart, I found NO SOAP notes, and minimal chart n... read more
We took our little 6 pound dog in today to see Dr. Fox. Our dog needed blood work. We have a wiggly dog, but have never had any vet that has been unable to draw blood due to her being "too wiggly". Dr. Fox attempted to draw the blood in the back room for a very long time, and after being unable to get it in she attempted probably another 20 or so times in front of me.
