So I made an appt for 2 dogs at 10am Sat for grooming. My friend drops them off and they get the dogs and say ok you can go. I call to see what approx time they will be done. Then I'm told that they didnt get info from me and the man who dropped them off was in a hurry and took off and that it is a requirement for the dogs to have the "influenza shot" before any dog is serviced there. I am a frequent flier and have to drop my dogs off a lot. We make full use of Country Estate's services and they never disappoint. I don't hesitate to bring them in for a second.
My dog Max loves the individual attention and care that he gets from the staff. They really create a special place for dogs!
Pam and the kennel staff are all wonderful, they care a lot about my dog, and everyone elses. They have always been very friendly and a helpful kennel. I will always recommend country estate kennel along with Pam and her staff to anyone.
Me and my boyfriend went on vacation with his family, so we needed to put our dog in a kennel while we were gone. I chose this kennel because of all the awesome reviews I read. We went to go check it out, and the staff was extremely friendly and seemed like they knew what they were talking about.
