The owner, Bob Long, was very easy to talk with. Even on some of the more technical aspects of a replacing a commercial roof. He delivered a great roof at 30% less than the other ‘big name’ roofers in the Roanoke area. Would definitely recommend Commonwealth and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again
We had our house and 3-bay garage roof replaced at the same time. The install went well. They even had to replace some wood and rebuild the ends of some trusses. It was finished in one day as predicted. The roofs look great. I do have one complaint. The clean-up afterwards left some to be desired. The major pieces were cleaned up - ie shingles and wood pieces. What was not cleaned to satisfaction was the roofing nails from the roof. I ended up having to accomplish that myself. From start to finish, it was a flawless installation! We love how the roof & guttering turned out! Todd, Mauricio & crew were so great to work with! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have any roofing done. Our house is a 1920's farmhouse, we had an old tin roof. They tore off all the old & installed new shingles. It is beautiful!

Commonwealth Roofing. Mr.Bob Long & his crew where very professional. Bob and his crew where a God send to my family our roof was a disaster. The roof was leaking so bad that our ceiling was falling down inside. Since then all of that has been repaired.
