Reach out and spoken to Margaret to list our home 8months ago . Margaret talk professional and very confident she could sell our home fast . We feel for all the hype and payed her a high commission rate as she quote was the best in that office. After a month or so that all proved to be nothing but hype . We are extremely pleased with Brenda Cummings performance as our real estate agent. Brenda worked diligently to sell three different homes for us over the last few years. Coldwell is always willing to go that extra mile.. Although all their realators are awesome Brenda Lockhart has been exceptional in my realestate needs.
