Ripped me off by almost $4k on their overestimation by 1.5 tons. Damaged both the house I was moving out of and also unit I was moving into. Unable to file a claim 3 months later as I have been given thew runaround from multiple parties. No one will take responsibility for the damage. CEO wouldn't even return my call. Avoid at all costs!
Damaged 3 pieces of furniture during our move and still waiting after 6 weeks after our claim was submitted for a measly $200 reimbursement.
