I have not used Cherry Street Building Supply prior to this experience as I was using more local building supply companies in my area (Stephens City, VA) When I began to feel I was being ripped off and could not get 2 different companies quotes on materials for a Trex Deck and Cedar Pergola to come remotely close to one another and was getting better pricing on online purchasing websites for single items than i was showing on a bulk order. Things didn't make sense. That when I reached out to Travis T. with CS Building Supply and he blew it out of the water. Could not be more impressed or pleased with the level of customer service, expertise, and exceptional pricing. It was to the point where I was so happy with the experience I would have been willing to pay additional through them (within Reason) just because of the level of trust and communication I felt had been established up front with their representatives. Not to mention Delivery times for other providers were out as far as 6 weeks. Where CS building supply was able to pull it off in 1. Again, Great Service , Great Team. Look forward to doing future business with this company. - Thank you Cherry Street Building Supply!

Worked with my contractor, Matt Coffey of Coffeys Improvements and Jeff Smith at Cherry Street to order our granite countertops for our kitchen renovation. The transaction was very smooth with a quick turnaround for the order and installation of the counter. Highly recommend them!

A Valuable Partner for our Building Project Every single person we have worked with at Cherry Street has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have a great team starting with the guys at the counter, the people in the office, the sales and planning professionals, the delivery guys – excellent! We like the owner too. Almost everything we have used in our project has come from Cherry Street. They know their products well and if we have questions, they have an answer or know how to find one. We are working with Jeff now for our cabinets and we are thankful to have his help. We love the cabinets too! Special shout out to Mike Smith, the VIP of our big Building Project! Words cannot express how grateful we are for his oversight of our orders, continued help, patience, encouragement, cheery disposition and willingness to share his wisdom and expertise.
