Caring, courteous staff! Dr Janice takes the time to explain everything simply. We know our pets are in great hands. Vet visits can be stressful but each team member goes out of their way to help relieve anxiety.
We have been clients since 2003. Carleton place Vet clinic has always given top notch care for our fur kiddos. We recently lost one of our dogs suddenly. They took the time to send a card, signed, by the entire team it seemed. It meant so much. Dr. Ann McEwan offered great naturopathy advice and explanations for issues with my grand-dog. She offered a suggestion on where to buy the remedies at a lower price than what she could offer. She took the time to talk with me and didn't hurry me out.
Kind and caring. The doctor got right down on the floor with my little dog to soothe him. Gentle examination and a comprehensive treatment plan. The dog is much better and ready to resume his activities. Thank you very much
