I know covid is super hard on businesses but getting through on the phone line, particularly when you have an appointment is so difficult. One appointment we were waiting in the parking lot and tried to get through for 15 min and then once finally through were told our appointment would be canceled because WE were late. Extremely dissapointed in their admin staff. I made an appointment to get my new puppy's shots 3 weeks in advance. They somehow "lost" our appointment out of the blue. We lost our spot and had to be pushed back a week. I can't express how angry I am, we had to push back our puppy classes as well since she wouldn't have her shots on time. When someone calls to make an appointment, it should be done before we hang up the phone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
