Calvary has been a second home for my children. They are challenged academically and taught to think creatively and problem solve. I love the Christian aspect - they have Chapel 3 days a week, Bible, Christian Character Education and service learning. Excellent teachers who love their students!

Calvary Episcopal School was a wonderful place to get my education and it helped to foster an appreciation and desire for lifelong learning.

I am sad to agree with the parent who mentioned the declining overall education at Calvary. Worse, I agree with the bullying statement. When you drop your children at school – especially a small, Christian school – you expect them to be and feel safe. Not so, here. Bullying from students and teachers – yes, teachers, particularly in the middle school language arts area - runs rampant and unchecked. Very disappointing, we were looking for a faith based school with a small student population and a welcoming environment. What we found after signing the enrollment agreement was a small school growing beyond it's ability to offer a quality education, where the board, long time teachers and big donors run the school decisions. There are cliques everywhere, from the students, to the teachers and the parents. Truly sad. Bullying is in abundance from the students and the teachers, yes I said teachers.
