I had Jenna Fermine as my realtor for one day. And after I told her what type of loan I had. She sent me 2 pictures of broken down houses. And I told her I wasn’t interested in them. she never once called me, emailed me or txted me about anything else. Even after I sent her email asking questions. that is NOT professional. Even if she passes me on to another colleague. Burns & Ellis realtor I’m sure is a good company. But Jenna Fermine was not good to me.
