I've been going to Bryan Jewelry on and off for many years (15) and I go there for the personal service they always give me and how helpful they are. I have always had a great experience shopping with them, and they are always so helpful when I need a certain piece of jewelry, which means a lot to me. They don't compare with other jewelry stores around Prattville because they are so much better. - M. C.

I've gotten a lot of jewelry from Bryan Jewelry since 1996 and they have always done a wonderful job helping me out. I've bought rights, ankle bracelets, and other things from them in the past and also have brought things in to get repaired. They have always done a wonderful job for me. They are a small business in Prattville, so they really focus on great customer service and doing the best for me, which I really appreciate. - C. G.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI just wanted to express to anyone reading this that Bryan Jewelry is the most unprofessional and discourteous business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I recently took in my ring to have it appraised, and they held it for 10 days on order to have it appraised and re-sized with another ring to be re-sized.
