Absolutely LOVE this dentist! My husband has had terrible past experiences with other dentists, and this office always makes sure he is comfortable. They clearly explain the procedures as they are going, and go over your care with you. Every staff member we have ever dealt with is extremely kind and helpful. They are fantastic!!
I have only praise for everyone in this office! I have been going for years and I am scared shitless so that should tell you something.

Best dental office I have ever been to! The staff is wonderful! The secretaries are always kind and greet you right away! Dr. Jackson is a great dentist! My kids love to go see him and of course their dental hygienist Dani!!! All of the dental assistants are very sweet and friendly! I highly recommend this office!

You are the worst dental office in Council Bluffs. I am going to tell everyone I know how how I was treated. I had called this morning to see if I can get squeezed into an appointment. After I broke my tooth on a olive pit, I broke my tooth in half Thursday night. My regular dentist (dr. Smith) was out of town, and the other dentist (dr Jackson) was going to be leaving early.
