Brenda was fantastic throughout the entire sale, especially as it got closer to closing. She worked several different offers and was very good at communicating with us.

If we had a house to sell again, we would definitely list it with Brenda King. She was very honest, professional, and provided excellent service updating us weekly on how many times our house had been shown. She is a very positive person who works hard to find the right buyer. Within 3 weeks our house was under contract. Closing was scheduled quickly and we could not have been more pleased with her service.
Very knowledgeable about not only the listings in the area but also the current trends. Was very helpful with her suggestions before we listed. Her photos were the key to our sale. She did an extraordinary job of capturing the best features and generated a LOT of interest quickly. The house was on the market for 9 days and was shown 38 times.
