I bought a pool from them, but when their installer messed up my job and walked away with my deposit, Blue Dolphin didn't take responsibility.

Poor customer service. Thanks to Blue Dolphin, we lost a whole summer to enjoy our pool (which they installed BTW). We called in June to get on their schedule for Gary to come and take a look at a leak we have with our in-ground pool. He said it would be about three weeks until he could come. Four weeks went by and I called to get a status. Lisa said she would call me back with an answer. She didn't. Several more phone calls later, no one I speak with can give me an answer. We've had quite a few issues with our liner replacement. Mostly communication and timing. What was quoted as 5-7 days became 32 days... Now it's slowly leaking and we're having trouble getting anybody to call us back. Not the most professional group.
Update.... it has now been 3 months, yes I said 3 months, ( for a small 10 by 16 fiberglass)& our pool is still not finished!!!!! How does this happen & how does this company stay in business????? It’s just a small pool, nothing special, no waterfalls or spas or anything fancy!!!! My rating is a big fat 0!!!!! Unless you love to be ignored & frustrated & left high & dry, I recommend you stay away from Blue Dolphin!!!! You were upset that I was not helping you when in fact I was already engaged with another customer, and you were unable to wait your turn. You argued that fact and refused to accept it. I told the worker that was already waiting on you, that if you wanted us to repair your pump you would have to wait until Monday as we have no service technicians on Sundays. Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend doing any business with these people. They talk a great game in the store but the installation staff and their leadership are awful to deal with, if you can ever get them to answer or return a phone call, which is unlikely.
