Rudeness from the very start of my phone call. I was placed on hold then the receptionist answers after a minute rudely saying “uh hello”, so I respond with “yes hello I was placed on hold I’m still here” she replies in rude tone saying “uh yes I’m answering your call”. I was simply calling back to reschedule. She couldn’t even help with that, or their rescheduling policy sucks which is why I’m not returning. Get a nicer receptionist would be my advice.
Don’t go to this dentist. Not only does he not know what cavities look like, he also looks for ways to scam for extra money. I made an appointment because I knew I had two cavities, and I was new to the area. After the exam he told me, “I think you have a cavity? I am not sure.” 🤔 LITERALLY his words. I am a Vet who now has chronic pain due to the greed of this dentist - 2 unnecessary crowns that have now damaged my healthy teeth. Don't let them fool, you this place is a money pit. Imagine after the mess up he plainly told me it will cost another $10K to fix his mess up. Fool me once shame on you. They will lie to bilk you as much as they can. Here lately everytime I get dental work done I either have teeth that look bad after they were fixed or I'm in more pain than I was before. I had crowns on my two front and they went bad because they wernt sealed all the way. Got them replaced and now I'm in more pain than I should be. I can't eat or drink anything without pain from those crowns.. this is getting tiring.
NOT cool to have patients waiting over an hour past the appointment time! This has happened now 3 times in a row, I feel as if y'all should be offering a inconvenient discount for crap like this
