I've had State Farm since I could drive; along with everyone in my family. Karen has been very helpful. When I met my husband he was with another company, and I told him how great Karen was and how helpful she was when I had my first accident( which wasn't my fault) he was like "I have to switch!" Customer service is key and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
