They replaced my old furnace this fall. Very professional great service. Consumers Energy came to inspect it and told me he thought they were a great company and did a good job.
During this busy furnace time of year I thought I might have to wait days for a diagnosis and repair. I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service I received this morning! Thank you for the great customer service, and especially the friendly technician who came to my rescue!

Today we had a tech Jeff C. come out to clear our main drain line. Not only was he super nice and polite the whole time they got the job done extremely fast and told us everything they were doing and what the issue was. On top of that amazing service he checked the system running quite a bit of water to make sure all was good before leaving. We had another plumbing company out 2 times in the last week to try to fix the same issue. Bartlett came in and did a much better job for a much better price with much nicer people! ... read more
