I've stopped at Barker's in years past while on business in Minnesota. My wife and I rerouted through Minneapolis, on our way back from Wisconsin to our Northern Minnesota home, so we might stop in Hudson, WI at Barker's for a nice dinner. First, our tapped beer, Spotted Cow, was warm when we received the glasses. I can only assume that they used a hot glass, directly out of their glass washer. Hamburger was overdone and dry with bacon so crispy the flavor was fried out of it, fries were soggy. For this I was charged $18. Brandy old fashioned sweet was all brandy, no sweet
