Had two other customers insinuate that I was profiling them. I just got done with a massage feeling good. Was just trying to put away my water in my locker before I went to the sauna. Really??? A 30 min massage turned into a crap day. So now you can't go to a locker room without someone saying rude things after a massage?? How am I profiling you in a locker room?? I'm a lower middle class Mexican!!!! Just wanted a massage for my sore shoulders. Not going back if other women can't treat other women like a human beings.

My husband purchased a $300 gift certificate for me for Christmas. Some how the card was lost during all the gift exchanges. When I called to get an appointment, I was told they had no record of gift certificate. Really! How is that possible? Do they not track gift certificates!. Terribly business practice!

All computer systems are different, and our system requires the number on it, to look it up. We have nothing to go by, if you do not have that number. There is no way for us to know which gift card is yours. Just like if you were given a gift card to Dillards, or a restaurant, they would require you to have it, in order to use it. Again, we are sorry that you lost your giftcard.
I received a gift certificate from my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas and went with my daughter from out of town here visiting for Christmas. I received the brow wax and tint and lash curl and tint and the young girl that did mine must have been really new. My brows were tinted but I looked like I had eye brows thicker than my fathers. My lashes I did notice a difference but it lasted less than 2 weeks. I was very disappointed in the service I got.
