friendly, courteous, organized, professional, and clean. very pleased with my dental treatments. I actually don't mind going to the dentist now.

The skilled service, wonderful and courteous staff. And the treatment I have received from Dr. Benedictis has been great!
I went to him for a second opinion on work that my current dentist is doing. I found him to be a bit arrogant. He told me to stay with my dentist and let him do the work the way he was doing it. Well turns out that he was wrong. Went for two more opinions and if I would have stayed with my dentist who knows what would have happened. He may do good work bit I wouldn't trust him.
Does not write down patient concerns/requests....then proceeds to do what he thinks the patient wants. Either doesn't listen or doesn't remember. Really disappointed in his cosmetic work, for which he overcharged. Would not recommend or return.
