I am highly disappointed with you being in the medical field the lack of compassion and empathy you all have . I had been there previously when your receptionist yelled and made threats . Anyone else would have been nasty back. I called today about being seen cause my cat is in awful shape . You all told me to never come back with any of my animals because I got hostile with a receptionist. Yes the prices are cheaper then most here, but they are rude uncaring people. The vet was mean and assistant was clueless. If you really love your animals I would take them there under NO circumstances

I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Dr. C Hagan, absolutly abhorable behavior, he only cares about the money...this story is long and Ill give you the short and narrow....rescue kitten, broken leg, burns on body, 7 weeks of every monday getting her splint changed...cost nearly 800$ at the end I only saw Dr. Hagan the day this started, I never again saw him in person...he was at lunch 6 weeks in a row, I had to call him for an actual repaort on my kitten, he never called me I had to do all the inquiring, you w... read more

I read the other reviews posted and I can say that they are right on. Most of the employees at Animed have horrible, rude attitudes. They treat people like they don't care and it doesn't matter if we complain because customers are a dime a dozen to them. They are so busy that losing a customer here and there isn't enough to make them change their attitudes. The owner has the same bad attitude which is why they are able to treat people the way they do. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. We had been bringing them here for 2 years. Over... read more

I was very pleased when they 1st opened service was good pricing was fair and quotes by phone honored. However, I went in recently with a young cat whom had lost 2 kttens and I felt she may still have more inside. I called to see how much the visit would be. They priced an x-ray for me and then over charged by $10.00 when I left. This was all within the same day. At the exam, what appeared to be a vet checked her out said she looked fine and that yes 2 more babies were inside. She should have them in the next week or so, but... read more
