The technician that helped me and my two dogs today was fantastic. She was sweet, patient, and made me feel very comfortable with my dogs being there even though one of them has a complete melt down every time we go. Montana, the tech, got on the floor with my dog and pet him till she felt like my DOG was comfortable enough to be worked on. I did not feel rushed. I did not feel like a burden. I was welcomed.
