RecommendedThis has been, by far, the most professional vet I have been to! It was cheaper than I was estimated when I made my bunny’s appointment to get fixed. They took great care of him and they gave me amazing take home instructions along with more than enough meds to take home. I will be bringing all my pets, present and future, to Northview!
RecommendedIt was a sad day as I thought just a small issue with our dog but turns out he was in in renal failure. All the staff was wonderful especially Abby B., who came out to the car to assess Bailey and then once she found out we needed to put Bailey down gave me a hug and showed such great compassion. Dr. Reidl, you are so caring and it was so great you were there for Bailey at the end. You treated him as if he was your own. Thank you all for being their at the end for our Bailey.
RecommendedEmergency care is so great…staff is super friendly and caring. Prices are on the higher side, but the facility is up to date and worth it when we are in a bind.
Recommendedwe really appreciated that they were available to see Dixie same day but the wait was 6 hrs. our air conditioner was broken in our car it was 90 degrees outside we had to beg to come inside. Her splint came off we called we were told it be at least 8 hrs. I felt like we should have been better informed about the likely hood of the splint working to completely heal our baby. After spending $1000. it didn't work and we had to put her to sleep. it would have been much better to know the facts from the start
RecommendedIs everyone was super friendly. I was in-and-out in no time diagnosis on my puppy was perfect she's all better now if it wasn't so far I would go there all the time.
