omg, they did an excellent job with Punch's c-section. although costly, they were very professional & saved each & every pup unlike Lorain Animal Clinic who lost our entire litter due to negligence.
They were very good with my senior dog that had ingested dark chocolate. They were very caring and gave us all the info we needed to make the best decision for our dog, that saved his life in my eyes.
Super friendly staff - very accommodating
The staff were great. I did not care for the 2 hr wait in a tiny room. Our dog was diagnosed with ingesting a foreign body within 10 minutes of seeing the vet. Something that our vet missed for two weeks. It was a costly visit and unfortunately, our 12 year old man did not make it. However, my only regret is that we didn’t bring him there sooner. I visited the emergency clinic on a Sunday night and received excellent care from all the employees and Doctor Ruppert. I am grateful for their skills and attention in treating our very sick puppy.
Recently moved here from Columbus. Prior to my move my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma. I found the staff friendly and caring. Dr. Randy has been delightful through the chemo process. I believe their care is exceptional and would recommend them for anyone with pets.
Saw Dr Alana Czerwien very compassionate for our emergency. All the staff was very helpful & caring to fit us in.
