Once you have signed a contract you become a low priority because you have already signed on the dotted line. Communications after that point is like pulling teeth.

I contacted them several and they never got back with me but 1 or 2 times. Then I told them what we were looking for and no response. We went with another realtor and it took only a few days before we found what we wanted.
