I am a new patient, but can attest that the staff is very efficient. Kate and Alyssa are very helpful. The assigned physician was attentive to my needs. She was a pleasure to talk with during my office visit. I will most certainly continue care at this clinic because my experience has been positive thus far! I was a patient of Ellen's for a couple years and I absolutely adore her. She listens to you and seems to truly care. But unfortunately she's where it ends. The nursing staff are nice but very inefficient. A nurse was giving my son a needle and did so poorly that he missed it after the 4th time. Another nurse had to come in and do it. My son was in tears and I was very upset. The pharmacy needed clarification on my prescription and it took over 3 days to get it. Dr. Nielsen listened completely to my 14 year old daughters concerns, some very personal, and Dr. Nielsen was incredibly compassionate and explained her thoughts in ways we could both understand. She was insightful and caring and thorough. My daughter has a hard time trusting people and she was immediately at ease with her new doctor.

I went 1/2022 for issues with mono, and was experiencing chest pain as well. I will try to consolidate my experience as well as possible, in order to help everyone considering this place to understand my experience. I can't say enough about this office. I have never felt so well taken care of or cared about. From the front office staff to the care providers, they are throughout, in the know about new treatments, and forward thinking on keeping you in good long term health. Without a doubt the best medical office I have ever been to!
