All deck out used untreated wood to build our deck, they said arsenic treated wood was not available in 2017. As of last year boards were buckling and disintergrating under you feet. I’ve had to contract with ano builder at the cost of 30’,000 to remove their deck and replace it with treated wood. This is on top of the 22,000 I paid them to put the deck in.
