Always an enjoyable experience at Alente, The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful.
I had a practice session for my bridal up-do with Riley and she was amazing! I had never been to Alente before and I will definitely be returning. I love Aveda products and all the staff were very sweet and friendly.
I had a lovely experience at Alente. The salon is so beautiful and welcoming and definitely has that spa vibe. I got a massage from Melanie and it was amazing! It was both therapeutic and relaxing - just what I needed! Highly recommended!

I have not become a "regular client" despite attempts to make an appointment on several occasions. I am completely put off by your latest policy decisions.,,,,,,,,,,very presumptuous all and unusual. I will seek hair care from other reliable sources.

I'm really sorry to rate the experience so low after years of great service. The pedicure was great but the manicure was awful, had it at 2:30 but had to come back a 6:30 to have it redone. Something must have been wrong with the polish as buy 9pm the nails were still a little mussy and by the next afternoon (as I was flying to Paris) there were cracks across nearly every nail. Needless to say...
