When we needed a new HVAC system, we were fortunate enough to have AirSpecialty to give us a quote. Brandon was prompt on arrival, inspected our current system, and worked the needs for our home. He returned with a proposal with several price points for us to consider. Always professional, courteous, on time and very, very competent. These guys are good.
We had to repair an a/c unit and heater that had been installed incorrectly. We had seven local companies come look at the units. Air-Specialty was one of only two companies to actually provide the required written estimates. Mr. Charles N***** always responded promptly; he was always professional and very kind, as were the office staff and the repair crew.
