First visit, Office personnel was awesome, very friendly and had patience with us. Very pleasant and kind. Our dental tech Christina was very knowledgeable and informative and willing to share valuable information regarding our daughter’s future dental needs. My only complaint would be the dental doctor herself, didn’t appear to be friendly, never spoke to me or acknowledged I was in the room with my daughter. But dental tech was super pleasant and kind whereas we will return for future visits.
I am very disappointed in my experience here today. When making the appointment for my daughter I was told her age was accepted and was encouraged to make the appointment. Upon arrival the first thing the hygienist said was “I won’t be cleaning her teeth today and probably won’t be able to even look at her teeth because she is so young and we are not a pediatric dentistry.” (She is almost 2 and her pediatrician said she needs to be seen before the age of 2 for her first cleaning). These guys have definitely earned their high reviews. I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time. But, thanks to a new job with a better Healthcare plan, I decided it was time. What could very easily have been an incredibly painful cleaning was actually decent. Uncomfortable, sure, because they all are and my teeth were not clean. But when everything was said and done I didn't feel like my gums were ablaze. The staff was very kind. I'm looking forward to having these guys as our families long term dentist office. 😀
Great experience! Staff was professional and Dr. Trapp was fantastic! My front tooth looks great!! Dr. Trapp matched my tooth color perfectly! I’m very pleased!
