I have witnessed workers roll their eyes and be incredibly rude to customers more than once. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible!
Horrible customer service , now that they switched to the call center bs , have sat on hold multiple times over 10 minutes before hanging up and now finally after 10 minutes today finally reached someone

Slow to resolve problems, inaccurate information provided, highly inconveniencing between their broken ATM, Problematic online services and the fact they block your card over EVERYTHING. It is my debit card holding my money, I expect to have access TO MY MONEY? I have ran out of patience with this bank, I will be switching as soon as my work schedule allows me to pay them a visit.

My credit was pulled unbeknownst to me while on the phone talking of car loan rates. The conversation had gaps so I asked if she was reading or something? Then it hit me she was pulling my credit so I asked her straight out, the staff member lied and said she would not do that. Three days later I check my credit report, she did indeed check it without my permission. I filed a complaint with the FTC consumer protection, closed our accounts and secured a loan elsewhere.
