This was my first loan at this Credit Union and when I walked in I was nervous and unsure of what to expect, but the loan officer I had explained every part of my loan in great detail and when I signed the papers I knew I had chosen the right place! I have witnessed workers roll their eyes and be incredibly rude to customers more than once. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible!
Horrible customer service , now that they switched to the call center bs , have sat on hold multiple times over 10 minutes before hanging up and now finally after 10 minutes today finally reached someone

Slow to resolve problems, inaccurate information provided, highly inconveniencing between their broken ATM, Problematic online services and the fact they block your card over EVERYTHING. It is my debit card holding my money, I expect to have access TO MY MONEY? I have ran out of patience with this bank, I will be switching as soon as my work schedule allows me to pay them a visit.
