They are the one of the few if not the only company that makes the air/fuel mixture screws for the Honda 400ex and for a reasonable price and I now know why! Their customer service is top notch and shipping is SUPER fast!!!! I wouldn't go against this company with service like this, they're a fantastic group and hope they keep up the hard work. The product alone is great quality and very well machined to a tight tolerance for the use and look forward to ordering from them again if ever needed. 😀
The carb I ordered arrived a few days early and was exactly what I ordered, but a line port had broken off in transit. I called customer support and spoke with Abby, and they are shipping a replacement carb to me today. Although I was disappointed that it was broken in transit, I was very happy with my positive customer support experience and received the replacement carb a few days after I spoke with Abby!
The best when it comes to parts, price, and customer service. Just installed my 366 big bore kit and oil cooler. This was my first rebuild and their customer service helped me every step of the way.
Had a defect issue with a top-end cylinder kit for a Yamaha PW80. Something was out of whack with machining as the 2nd piston ring caught an intake port in the cylinder(2-stroke). After a couple emails, they sent another one out quickly. Very happy with the quick response. The new cylinder, they sent as replacement, has all the ports cast correctly, orientation wise.
