After calling various local companies regarding my heater not working, Zell Heating & Cooling said they'd make it out mid-morning/early afternoon. Roughly 1 hour later (earlier than I expected) 2 men from Zell arrived. They were friendly and professional and they got my heater working quickly! When I got the bill it was very reasonable (I was expecting it to be higher). I will definitely be a repeat customer should the need arise!! Thank you, Zell Heating & Cooling!!

My furnace quit and Zell heating came and looked at it. It had got damaged from my water softener exploding next to it. They got it running but then quit the next day. They sent pictures of the damage inside the furnace to my insurance company. Upon that, my insurance company paid to buy me another furnace. Today they installed a new furnace for me. The guys at Zell were great priced, worked extra weekends and did a great job getting stuff done. I can still call and they are willing to come out and fine tune anything that might have changed!

Zell is so good at what they do! Our furnace went down during a cold snap a couple years ago and they were heroes, diagnosing the issue where no one else could, getting a part delivered on a rush and installing it on New Years Day! Love 'em!

The technical was prompt, personable and efficient. He explained everything that he had checked on my furnace including changing the filter. He assured me that my furnace was in good condition.
