Lucio Salazar went unannounced and uninvited to my to my mother’s home, fraudulently had her sign letting her have the assumption that he was from Medicare. I called Medicare and they explained what he did is illegal, he gave her no scope of appointment, came back to her door after her telling him she was busy, he showed back up and told her to “sign here” after telling her she had not responded to her Medicare mail… she was completely clueless.
