Therapists dont seem to care about anything except getting your copay. I came in, paid the payment and waited for the therapist. Over 30 minutes later I was informed she was running late. Glad they told me that cause I would have never known while I was sitting there waiting. The appointment was rescheduled, but no refund of the copay. This was not the first time. It happened twice where they took my copay and no session happened due to the therapists tardiness . Have been going here for months and this particular therapist ... read more
Highly suggest you find another place then this one. People are fake nice they cancel your appointment and still charges you and your insurance. They show no effort on people's well being. They want your money! One therapist is always late between 20 to 45 minutes late every session..This place is a scam and a joke. Huge waste of time with these folks.. Save your money and time and look elsewhere! They don't even deserve one star.
Had to reschedule a telemed appointment scheduled at 1:20 pm on the morning of said appointment ,@0900, due to work schedule conflict. Was sent a message I would be charged a "late cancelation fee". This, after I waited over 30 minutes past my initial appointment for my therapist and wasn't offered any compensation for my waiting on her. I'd say I see where their hearts are in caring for people...in their pockets. $$$$
Yellow Brick Road is an incredible resource. Mandy is truly God-sent. She is gentle, kind, and genuinely cares about those she helps. She consistently goes above and beyond to support and assist with your needs. The receptionist, Julia, is also wonderful—she’s always friendly on the phone and greets you with a smile every time you see her. I feel so blessed to have Yellow Brick Road and Mandy to help with my personal needs.
Took a family member here. Doc didn't show up until 8:45 for a scheduled 8:00 a.m. appointment. Then today I get a call from a rather condescending lady that my card declined for 2 visits. They had the number in thier system incorrectly and this was a repeat problem they've put me through before. (Yet they couldn't tell me this while I was here for 45 mins waiting) I'd recommend getting something as important as psychological care from a practice that has thier act together.
