About a year ago I had a hockey injury where a stick jammed my teeth which chipped and pushed 3 teeth in causing severe discomfort and bleeding. I called in an emergency and they told me they couldn’t get me in until the following day. I went in and Cochetto did a Quick Look at my teeth and sent me on my way saying I should be fine, which at the time I believed. I saw Dr greg L yesterday and he was kind and caring. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I now have a new dentist with Dr greg. The overall experience was fantastic, from the receptionists to the actual dentist. There was practically no wait time.
I didn't do much research when choosing this place, I basically went because of the location. I lucked out to say the least, reception was completely helpful and friendly. Dental hygienist was great, easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable. The dentist was just as great, they work well together.
My family & I am so happy to always visit the Wyandotte Dental Centre. Dr. John Carroccia & all the staff are so nice with me and my family! Thank you so much to all of your care for me and my family! You all are the best!
Really great experience. Booking time for an appointment and cleaning was very flexible. The receptionists are also excellent about contacting you if a better time becomes available. I got a general health check and cleaning done and the service was great. The dentist and hygienist were very friendly and genuinely interested in my health. Re: cleaning, usually this leaves your mouth feeling pretty raw afterwards, but the whole experience was really gentle and they paid special attention to sensitive gum locations.
