Terrible. Unreliable. Hours late to start the trip and go back. WiFi didn’t work. Drivers don’t see m to have driven buses before.
Great service. Was easy to book via phone with quick confirmation. Joseph Logan was my driver and was prompt, fun to talk to, and safe. Will book again! Thank you !
I can't say enough about how great this experience was with this company. We were looking for transportation for family members to go to a funeral in Richmond. Julia was great with getting it scheduled and Monica was a fantastic driver! Monica was on time, very professional, patient, and fit right in with the family. I would use W&W again.
W&W Limo Service was a great experience for my family and I. We were all able to ride together on one vehicle and the ride was 100% comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a great time and leave the driving to someone else!!!!
I had the absolute worst experience with this company. My wedding was on 9/14/19 and I had inquired on prices for their shuttles. After receiving RSVP’s from my guests, I decided I didn’t need to provide transportation as there would not be enough people using it. I never signed a contract or called to confirm a reservation with the shuttle service. I found out the next day that they had sent transportation out anyway.
