The most heart breaking thing that could happen to a parent is to lose their child. That happened to our family. Then to make arrangements for the services are a necessary, yet extremely hard process to go through. They changed to LED light bulbs (good) in floor lamps and chandeliers, but they are all a size too small. The hall and rooms are dim. Photo displays placed in the hallway are almost unviewable – guests need a flashlight to see them clearly.
