I'm building my home in Clarksville and had been looking for a pair of sofas. I had some picked out in Athens but I prefer shopping local. We had such a positive experience buying furniture here for our sunroom. Lucy Hunter was so patient while we took our time deciding what we wanted. She answered countless questions, made inquiries for us to the manufacturer and made sure that we were able to get exactly what we wanted without any pressure. Thank you Lucy for being such a jewel! We’ve had a wonderful experience with Wood’s and their staff, especially our associate, Katherine! Katherine made our selection process fun and easy. She gave us our time and space, but was there to answer questions, provide details, and make excellent suggestions! She really listened to what we were going for and has been a tremendous help. I just loved Katherine! She is not just excellent—she is above excellent—and in my opinion, she is someone who belongs in management. I could not decide we looked at colors. She is so sweet and kind! I love the Cleveland store! I just couldn’t decide which chair to go with. She makes you feel like a valued friend. Without Katherine’s help, there would not have been a sale today.

Wendy was great! She greeted me as I walked into the store. Very pleasantly asked me what I needed help finding. Followed me to look at my choices but also left me some alone time to explore on my on, which I appreciated. I ended up making a purchase and she processed my payment and then explained the delivery process. This is my second major purchase from Woods new store in Cleveland. Both purchases have been easy and staff very helpful.
