I really wish I could give them zero stars or even negative stars, definitely do not deserve a 1. We decided to remodel our 6ft x 6 ft bathroom in St Ignace. Our contractor wanted to go with Wittock so we stopped in there in March to choose the shower, vanity, toilet and medicine cabinet. Wittock Kitchen and Bath, specifically Kaitlyn Moe, was awesome in our purchasing a new granite kitchen countertop. Kaitlyn was pleasant and maintained great communication with us. Genesee Cut Stone in Grand Blanc should also be commended for a job well done. Kaitlyn worked flawlessly with Janet at GCS. We absolutely love our new countertop.
As a remodeling newbie, their construction expertise was invaluable. They always kept our contractor and I both in the loop. And I found their selection of kitchen and bathroom wares inspiring!
Excellent customer service. Working with Taylor was amazing. She was professional, helpful and very patient! She did a lot of research and made sure all my questions were answered.
Wittock does a perfectly fine job. We have been doing business with them for years (they have changed names-ownership a couple of times over the years). We are contractors and they also handle retail. They have a beautiful showroom with highly trained staff who stay up to date on latest trends and are qualified to make recommendations to home builders who are selecting fixtures and decor.
