I despise going to the dentist as every dentist I've seen is always a grumpy old man who pulls and pokes way too damn hard. But Windsor Hills is the BEST place I've ever gone to. I'm not afraid of having my teeth looked at and everyone there is so friendly. 5/5 stars!
Very friendly clinic! I'm someone with a little bit of dental anxiety due to some painful visits in the past, but the staff here were so nice! RDH was so fast and so gentle, I went through the entire appointment without having to wince even once! Dr was quick, nice, and transparent, talking through treatment plans with me and making sure I understood what was being said to me. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, this office is full of such kind staff from front desk all the way to the back.
Dr. Chris and his staff are always professional and kind! We had Mary Kay the last couple times we went in and both her and Dr. Chris are great with my boys. They are patient and educate the boys along the way so they are not overwhelmed or scared. On top of the great service, our visits are always quick and efficient. My family is grateful we found this office!
This is the best dental care I have ever received! Seriously!! Absolutely no pain from injections to dental repair. This group goes above and beyond to help you feel welcome and works with your schedule as much as possible to get you the appointment time you need. I wasn’t happy with this place at all. Typical 20 minute wait to be seen. The dental hygienist didn’t introduce herself, and wasn’t friendly at all. The dentist Chris was weird. I don’t like how he spoke to me and the comments he made about my shoes. Wanted to know an awful lot about my personal life. I will be going somewhere else to get my repairs done. This was my first and last experience here, I was a new patient. You made my feel guilty for having cavities. Give me a break.
