We lost Medicaid to support the care ot our granddaughtet. She was brain injured due to an accident 15 yrs ago. She requires full care in our home. Her only income is Social Security and in time the amount in her guardianship avvount exceeded $2000. Kirk Jocham set up a Miller Trust and a Special Needs Ttust for us so now we are in compliance. His fee was reasonable and he expedited implementimg thede trusts. He has proven to be very professional but easy to work with.

A recent sudden death in the family made my wife and I realize that we should set up an estate plan that would make things easy for our sons if something should happen to us. Jason talked with us to clarify our needs and set us up with everything we'll need should either of us ever have a serious health issue or pass away.
