Most of this fine group came from the former Vet Specialists hospital, so we know them very well. I'll spare you our stories. My wife and I can attest. There is a ton of experience and caring in this group. We don't live close to there, but for those who are, know you are very lucky to have this place in your corner.
Westside Animal is just a wonderful practice. We brought our new puppy to Dr. Rennie and loved the whole team so much we then transferred our 17 year old kitty. Unfortunately she was at end of life but Dr. Murphy and the team were absolutely amazing. I have never met a group so kind and compassionate that could provide real comfort during such a sad time. Dr. Murphy sets the standard for caring. They took such wonderful care of her and us at a really difficult time. I would never go anywhere else!
I want to Thank Dr. Murphy and all the Staff at Westside Animal Hospital for taking Care of Juneau. You all showed how much you cared for her everytime I brought her in. You did everything you could for her. She is No Longer in any Pain. She is running free now at the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈. Thank you so much for the Bouquet of Flowers.
We have just moved from Syracuse and I was very worried about finding a new vet that we loved for our ever growing pack. My expectations were exceeded and all of our worries are gone, we had a wonderful visit for 10paw with Dr Rennie! We will definitely be coming back and establishing the rest of our pets. They were so kind and welcoming to myself and my dog, especially since he is very reactive and anxious. They kept me calm which in turn helped my dog remain calm (even though he was on drugs). While they weren’t able to exam him because he did not feel comfortable with the vet being near him. And even though we didn’t get anything done I do appreciate that they did not want to upset and enable his fear of the vet.
