They do a Great job of managing properties, they make sure that there locations are clean and do there best to up kept and improve where they can. They did an outstanding job with the old elmgrove plaza it does not look the same. They care about the community and have been excellent to work with.
Wegman Companies is very shady. They presented us with the lease to rent space at Elm Ridge Plaza in Greece after coming to a verbal agreement. We signed the lease and were told the landord was out of town and will sign upon his return. After stringing us along for two weeks, we were just told that they found another tenant. Very unprofessional owner.
