The bare minimum. Was told we’d get budget updates as the build progressed, Nope. No formal change orders when we wanted alterations to the plan. Checks to contractors work weren’t done often, and details that needed work were overlooked until multiple reminders from owners made. We purchased our condo from Watts Homes and Construction, they have been great to work with through the purchase. We then decided to use Watts to finish the basement. They have done a great job, communicated throughout the process and have minimized the impact on our daily household operation. Matt, Joy and the team have been responsive to our questions. Our basement was finished ahead of schedule and looks wonderful. Thank you Watts Team!

I have been very impressed with the Watts Construction team from the first moment I began talking about moving into a free-standing condo in 2016.
