This is a complaint, concerning Watts Construction Co. we I saw they were rated A+ so we decided to use them to build our home that was and still is a night mare Watts Construction Co. did a Shoddy Workmanship on our home and I am still finding issues with my home and its been two years fighting to get these things taken care of They were reported before my 2 years were up I have mold in my windows made a complaint to them and nothing was done not even a phone call, my Patio has steps built on top of them, holes where pipes ... read more

You moved into your home in November 2020, some of the items you reference have already been discussed with you previously and some of the items were never provided to us. We do not know where the mold is growing on your windows. If it is on the inside, it is most likely due to a high humidity level in your home which you will need to adjust.
