I have never had to plan a service before, but Mark walked me through every step & answered every question I had. He truly made the process a lot easier while I was morning the loss of my son. All of the staff at Watson Thomas were the most professional & the most compassionate people. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.

The staff at Watson's were amazing with my dad's cremation. Even though I had no service they helped me with the paperwork on the life insurance and they followed up to make sure I got the checks then they called & texted me a couple times to make sure I was okay. Very caring & thoughtful people. Haley took such good care with my dad .

WATSON THOMAS Funeral Home worked with me on pre-planning my spouses funeral as she was in a nursing home. I planned within 18 months to 2 years before she passed. We discussed finances and payment. Since she had life insurance, I did not pay anything until after the funeral services. Mark did most of the work filing the death claim. Everyone was very kind & helpful with the pre-planning. I felt a spirit of kindness and professionalism at Watson-Thomas Funeral Home. I felt they honored the memory of my mom, and my family. I felt a sense of the Lord there in the employees and their sincerity. I also pray that they have integrity for all that come to them for help and will help those that can't help themselves.
