I have never found anyone as loving and caring as this place. they were so kind, loving and compassionate. They even went out of their way to give us more then what we were expecting. I have worked with them in the past and when I moved they were the only ones I wanted to go to. I now live an hour away from them and I will only stop going there when I move out of state. please NEVER change, keep your heart for those who's hearts are so broken that they need that extra love at the worse times.

The staff at Watson's were amazing with my dad's cremation. Even though I had no service they helped me with the paperwork on the life insurance and they followed up to make sure I got the checks then they called & texted me a couple times to make sure I was okay. Very caring & thoughtful people. Haley took such good care with my dad .

WATSON THOMAS Funeral Home worked with me on pre-planning my spouses funeral as she was in a nursing home. I planned within 18 months to 2 years before she passed. We discussed finances and payment. Since she had life insurance, I did not pay anything until after the funeral services. Mark did most of the work filing the death claim. Everyone was very kind & helpful with the pre-planning. Watson-Thomas was the funeral home for both of my parents and they had a prepaid plan for my special brother when his time came. I have to say that Mark worked with my family and I to make my brother’s service, burial, and celebration of life an incredible experience. I have never had to plan a service before, but Mark walked me through every step & answered every question I had. He truly made the process a lot easier while I was morning the loss of my son. All of the staff at Watson Thomas were the most professional & the most compassionate people. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.
