This is the place to go if you have a pool. Bought all of our supplies here. They made it simple with weekly bundles to add to make managing chemicals easy. Joel is awesome! Recently I struggled with the pump hose hookup. Since they didn't have a pool filter in stock, Joel took the time to explain the proper hook up. Turned out I did it wrong and saved me a lot of headache. I will be a customer for life due to this kind of service they showed.
Water City Pool and Spa replaced my liner and pump this week. No easy task with a buried pool. Everything looks beautiful. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for everything.
Water City is very knowledgeable about water/chemicals. They quickly helped us go from green and algae to clear and beautiful. They also figured out a leak in our filter and told us how to replace it. They continue to test our water and help us keep it clean!
I'm just going to brag about how amazing the team was. Eddie ran the crew perfect. All the guys were so nice. They got here and did the job so quickly. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The crew even did extra by cleaning my ladder to the pool. I will continue recommending this company. I just wanted to say thank you again to Jeff and his team. Our pool has been an eye sore since we moved into our new home and now its beautiful. We cannot wait to entertain. I love the lake camo liner as well.
Went there to buy a hot tub. Waited 40 min. for the salesperson. Finally left - called owner and left a voicemale and no return call. Heard their customer service is lacking. Went to Fox Valley Pool and Spa the next day. Wow, what a difference - bought a tub in 30 min with excellent service. You will be disappointed with the service here. If the owner had the decency to return my call, I would have purchased a tub from him. Maybe glad he didn’t because Fox Valley is so superior - do yourself a favor and check them out... read more
