The female pediatricians and all the nurses are absolutely amazing!! I however, absolutely hate having to call or come in and speak to the receptionists. They are extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. They honestly make me feel stupid at times for asking questions. Also, I wish we could have well check visits scheduled in advance. Dr. Stephanie amd Dr. Ainsworth are the best! You would think after several of the same commentary of the reception desk, they would address the issue.
I had a bad experience with a nurse this morning. She came out with an attitude. She didn't even come out to address me with a half of a smile. she forgot good customer service skills this morning.
It was an ok experience. The nurses were absolutely wonderful. The clinician seemed to be dismissive of concerns we have. This is why we are moving to another practice.
The only reason I give 5 stars is because of Dr. Ainsworth and Stephanie Turnage. They are amazing and they have had the best interest of my daughter from the moment Stephanie started seeing her. Stephanie has gone above and beyond for my child. However that front office is horrible and very disrespectful. I just hope that they get it together. We love Dr. Ainsworth. All the providers we have seen are great. However, they don't let you schedule your next well child appointment while there. They tell you they don't have anything & to call back later to schedule your next routine visit. The answer is always "we don't have any appts., call back in a week or 2weeks." When you call back, they have no appointments available at all. None, whatsoever, for an established patient. Not even in the future.
