I was attempting to schedule my daughter for her annual physical when the receptionist stated they needed records from the other office where her physical done last year in order to schedule her. I attempted to retrieve the records but unfortunately the walk-in clinic just filled out my daughter’s sports form so they had no records to fax. I called the office back and spoke with a different receptionist who was very nice and helpful. From ages 12-17 I struggled with severe stomach cramps and pain. Dr. Ainsworth stated over and over again it was “probably just anxiety” and treated me as such. Now 10 years later I have had surgeries for endometriosis every 2 years and am at risk of being infertile. Thanks for letting me suffer for years and making it 20x harder to get a diagnosis with anxiety in my chart!!

I absolutely love Melinda (receptionist on well child side). Dr Ainsworth, Dr Stephanie and Lauren are wonderful! I have never had a bad experience. I was seen by them as a child as well as all my children ranging from 20 to 3! They are the absolute best!

So the 15 minute grace period is not a real grace period, they turned my two year granddaughter away. We called a head and got there actually 15 minutes late and they would see her….. Know yhat Dr bill for the whole time period the allot per patient and only see you for 5 minutes👎🏽

The female pediatricians and all the nurses are absolutely amazing!! I however, absolutely hate having to call or come in and speak to the receptionists. They are extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. They honestly make me feel stupid at times for asking questions. Also, I wish we could have well check visits scheduled in advance. Dr. Stephanie amd Dr. Ainsworth are the best! You would think after several of the same commentary of the reception desk, they would address the issue.
