We love Dr. Ainsworth. All the providers we have seen are great. However, they don't let you schedule your next well child appointment while there. They tell you they don't have anything & to call back later to schedule your next routine visit. The answer is always "we don't have any appts., call back in a week or 2weeks." When you call back, they have no appointments available at all. None, whatsoever, for an established patient. Not even in the future. All the reviews here are accurate. I need a health exam for my 2 1/2 year old so he can attend pre-school. I was told they couldn't see him until December even though he is an established patient. I am very disappointed. My sons doctor brushed off all of my concerns, and made me feel extremely rushed. I felt like I was unable to elaborate on his symptoms or ask questions. I did eventually get referred to a specialist. I hope they will show more care. When it comes to children, I think we should be taking more time with them. We will be switching to a different doctors office.

Only reason I give 3 stars because doctor Lauren is the best doctor in there and makes that office worth going to and also most of the assistants are really nice also. Lauren is the ONLY person that knows what she’s doing and cares about her patients and the parent. She’ll talk to you throughly & understand you and your concerns. The other doctors in there do not care and rush you out just ask you what’s wrong and that’s it give them antibiotics and that’s all call it a day. As in calling and the front desk their okay but r... read more

Like the rest of the reviews, I will say this center is getting bombed bc of the rude receptionist. But Dr. Lauren Nickson is so great, she really tries to connect with her patients and it does leave an impact
