I received a flier in the mail for a low cost initial x-rays/exam from Dr. Cold at Warm Family Dentistry. I decided to try him. What took me by surprise is the secretary told me my cost was much more. I again pointed to the coupon and asked, “What about this coupon?” She responded, “Oh, do you want to use the coupon?” All I could think was “DUH” I also didn't trust her because she was constantly pounding away on her calculator and coming up with weird amounts that didn’t jive.
