I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless since I was able to complete all my forms online ahead of time—so all I had to do was let them know I had arrived. The wait time was minimal, which I really appreciated. During my visit, they took their time cleaning my teeth and never made me feel rushed. The whole visit was phenomenal.. All the staff was excellent and Dr Jacob and his assistant Ms. Julia made me feel comfortable and told me and showed me everything that needed to be done and I agreed. I'm so happy that I chose this Dentistry... I'm ready to start this journey here and have a beautiful smile again
What a phenomenal experience. I visited their clinic today as a new patient. Kristie at the front desk was great. Julia, his Dental Assistant was awesome and as for Dr. Locklear, what can I say. As far as I'm concerned there will be no other dentist for me, but him. Thank you all for the best experience ever.
Everyone in this office is professional but very friendly and they provide a relaxed atmosphere. The patient's comfort is one of their major concerns. I see Dr. Walters, who is compassionate and an extremely competent dentist.
I have never been to a Dentist Office that I've enjoyed more than Walter's and Smith's. The Staff and Drs. were so polite. They treated me as if they had known me all my life. They showed much concern in making my visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I was called to the back in a real timely manner. Mrs. Cox and Dr. Locklear were very kind and friendly.
