Today was my first time visiting Walters & Smith Family Dentistry! My experience was amazing! All the ladies in the office were so kind and sweet!! They welcomed me with open arms! And my Doctor Locklear and his beautiful assistant! just topped the cake! I’m extremely nervous when it comes to the dentist, but they both made me feel at ease ! !All I can say is they are Awesome👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤗🤗🤗

I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless since I was able to complete all my forms online ahead of time—so all I had to do was let them know I had arrived. The wait time was minimal, which I really appreciated. During my visit, they took their time cleaning my teeth and never made me feel rushed. This was my second time going to see my dentist, Dr Smith. He’s very professional makes you feel at ease, and comfortable while you’re in his hands. When examining your mouth, he tells you step-by-step exactly what he’s doing ,and what needs to be done, weather extracting a tooth or filling one, he make you feel at ease because normally when you go to a dentist office your nerves are shot, but I must say Dr. Smith calm me down and make the experience not so nerve-racking. I love Walters, Smith, and Locklear Family Dentistry. I’ve been a patient for years. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Shauna is the dental hygienist that I see and she is so sweet. She understands my fear of the dentist and always makes me feel at ease. I’ve been seen by all 3 dentists and they are all friendly and take time to listen to my concerns and even engage in small talk.
